Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your streetwear purchases from Mode Vêtement Magasin. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return policy is designed to be simple and transparent.
Return Conditions:
- You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
- Sale or promotional items can be returned but not exchanged
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:
- Caps
- Hats & Buckets
- Beanies
- Books (once packaging is opened)
- Final sale or promotional items
Return Process:
- Submit a Request:

– Subject: Return/Exchange Request – [Order Number]
– Product details (name, size, color)
– Reason for return
– For exchanges: new item details - Receive Authorization:
We’ll respond within 24 hours with:
– Return authorization
– Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
– Shipping instructions - Ship Your Return:
Package the item securely with:
– Original packaging
– Printed return form (we’ll email it)
– Clearly visible RMA number
– Original invoice

– Inspection within 2-3 business days of receipt
– Email notification of approval/rejection
Refunds:
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timing: 5-10 business days after return approval
- Shipping Costs: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error or defective item.
Exchanges:
- Available for items of equal or greater value (you pay the difference)
- Processing time: 7-10 business days after we receive your return
- We cover shipping costs for the replacement item
International Returns:
- Mark packages as « RETOUR DE MARCHANDISE – SANS VALEUR COMMERCIALE »
- We’re not responsible for customs fees or international return costs
- Returns may take up to 4 weeks to reach us
